Christmas Charity Games Night

We are trying something different this year to create a Covid-friendly environment and add some fun to a festive evening.  If you would like to join us email boltonrotary@gmail.com and we'll add you to the list!  All proceeds from the evening will go to grocery gift cards for the Exchange.

It's time for a fun night of games with all winnings going to charity!  Play poker, toonie toss, mini-putt,  euchre or just mingle with friends over drinks and appetizers.  Everything will be spread-out to provide lots of social space and food will be served tapas style on plates, cups or sticks.  The perfect opportunity to get into the holiday spirit!

There will also be a CHANCE AUCTION (bidders buy tickets and use them to bid on items. The more you want something, the more tickets you buy and put into the jar to increase your chance to be drawn as the lucky winner).  If you would like to donate an auction item please let Frank know. 

Please register yourself and guests for the event.  Proof of double-VACCINATION is required so if you could forward a .jpg of this to Frank prior to the evening it will speed things along.  

The COST is $25/person - members and spouses can be charged on their account - guests can pay at the door.  Cash bar will include wine, beer, signature martini or softdrinks.  Chips will be sold for games table activity.
